Product features

  • Enables the client to finance the purchase of real property, machinery and equipment and other long-term assets
  • Maturity – not longer than the depreciation period for the assets financed, i.e. medium and long-term credit facilities
  • Credit repayments – either capital (the principal and interest separately) or annuity
  • A variable or fixed rate of interest
  • Variable rates permit unscheduled repayments any time, fixed rates only after the expiry of the fixed rate term

Eligibility criteria

  • Banking with Volksbank
  • The client’s satisfactory economic history – a sufficient cash flow to repay the credit
  • No debts due to the tax authorities, the Department of Social Security and the health insurance company
  • Satisfactory security for the guarantee – determined individually based on analysis of economic and non-economic aspects
  • Own financial resources to cover a certain proportion of the investment – a standard 25 % at least
  • Required documents:
    • The balance sheet, profit and loss account, footnotes to the financial statements (entities that keep only simplified accounting records submit the statement of assets and liabilities, and the statement of income and expenditures) and tax returns for the last three calendar years and records for the current year,
    • A statement of the Commercial Register (entities not registered in the Registry submit a trade licence or another certificate for a business activity),
    • A statement of debts due to the tax authorities, the Department of Social Security and health insurance companies,
    • A statement of accounts receivable and payable,
    • Other documents depending on the type and creditworthiness of the client and the required security.

Rates and charges

  • A variable rate of interest or a fixed rate for 1 year to 5 years
  • A service fee determined on an individual basis
