Escrow accounts

  • Special offer of finance services for freelance professions
  • Besides a normal business account with standard banking products, freelance professions require accounts to deposit funds of third parties – special escrow accounts.
  • One client may require several such accounts, which are regulated by law.
    • Escrow agreement deals with the legal matters related to escrow:
      • Declares that the funds concerned belong to third parties
      • These accounts are subject to special legal regulations, are not subject to execution, etc.
    • Variable accounts:
      • No charges, no interest
      • Preferential interest rate and one-off fee for each case of escrow
