A new Act num. 284/2009 Sb., payment services, takes effect from 1st November 2009. In this connection there are several changes in providing bank services. Especially in the areas:

  • contract documentation
  • information providing
  • payment services
  • payment cards

The mentioned documents are valid from 31st October 2009.
