  • Investment Credit is a type of credit facility designed to finance a specific, approved investment. It has a fixed schedule of drawing and repaying.
  • Investment Credit maturity can be up to 15 years.
  • Credit can be provided in CZK but also in foreign currencies (e.g. USD, EUR, etc.)
  • A variable or fixed rate of interest throughout the credit term.
  • The credit has a fixed schedule of drawing and repaying with either monthly or quarterly repayments. Repayments can be either fixed throughout the credit term or increasing progressively.
  • A possibility of delaying the repaying of the credit principal during the construction phase (up to 2 years).

Eligibility criteria

The following standard condition apply to Investment Credit:

  • A current account with Volksbank
  • Submission of the company’s financial statements for the past three years
  • Applications are subject to approval based on the company’s creditworthiness and security
